Potential Users (old users record)

Purpose: The list of Old users who filed their ITR last year through TaxBuddy can be seen in potential users tab. Tax Experts can activate their records by clicking on Activate option visible in potential users tab.

Step 1: Select the Potential Users option from the My Users Tab.

Step 2: Select the status to view the user's information in the Potential User Details table. The available statuses are ITR Filed and Interested.

Step 3: The user can also be looked up using their email address or mobile number.

Step 4: Click on search option to get the details of the user.

Step 5: Click on Clear Form option to clear the entered or selected details of the user.

Step 6: Potential User Details table shows records of old users based on status selected or value entered by Tax Expert.  The Potential User Details table shows information like Name of the user, mobile number, Email, Status (ITR Filed or Interested),  ERI Client, Pan Number, Created Date, User Id, Owner Name and Name of the Filer.

Step 7: Tax Experts can make call to the selected user using call option.

Step 8: Important thing discussed in the call can be added in Notes option.

Step 9: Using the Active option, the user can be activated again, making this year's ITR filing easier because the user's record is already saved in our system.
