Scheduled Call Tab in My tasks Menu

Purpose: Schedule calls shows google meet calls scheduled by user who are interested in ITR Filing, TPA Planning, Schedule calls to talk with tax experts.


Step 1: Click on My Tasks Tab.


Step 2: Statuses such as Open, Done and Follow-up, shows the number of users under the status choosen.


Step 3: Enter user's mobile number  or Email id to search user in schedule calls Details List.


Step 4: You can clear all selected filters and fields using clear button.


Step 5: Click on search option to search the user based on their mobile number or Email ID.


Step 6: The schedule call details table shows details of users based on status choosen, number and email id entered. Schedule calls table shows user details like Name of the user, User id, Mobile Number, Schedule call date, Time, Filer name, name of the Owner and type of service selected by user(ITR, TPA, Notice or GST).


Step 7: Scheduled table also has different option like Chat option allows SME to choose Kommunicate chat or Whatsapp chat done by the user. The one highlighted in blue colour will show active chat, Notes option helps to note down points told by the user through calls. Call option helps to make call to the selected user.


Step 8: Call status option helps to mark status of meet up calls. As of once if the scheduled call is completed with the user. SME can mark as Follow-up when scheduled call is postponed  and mark as done if the scheduled call is completed.
