How to Create new User Manually

Purpose: To create new user manually by entering their details here as if user is unable to go through online means for creating their record in taxbuddy website or app.

Step 1: Click on Create User option available under the My User tab.

Step 2: Enter the Pan number of the user if the Pan card related details are there on ITR Portal, user’s name will automatically be reflected on First name, Middle name or Last name box.

Step 3: If user’s First name, Last name and Middle name are not shown after entering Pan number, tax expert must type it manually.

Step 4: Select the country name of the user, mostly it is India but other countries name are provided on the list,tax expert must choose according to details given by user.

Step 5: Enter user’s 10 digit mobile, Email address and service type in which user is interested (Service types are ITR, TPA, GST, Notice).

Step 6: Click on Sign-up option to create user’s record in BO. User will automatically be assigned a tax expert.
